I've written about them before. Anyway they had an old static HTML site that looked like a torn news paper from the wild-west days. They wanted to keep the theme, but polish up the website. I redesigned their theme and turned it into a WordPress. Now they could log in and post news as they desired!
Their main website is now offline / defunct, but it can be see on the wayback machine.
